The ideal candidate for this full-time position possesses a warm, pleasant demeanor, professional appearance, and the ability to effectively multitask.
In this role, you will often be the first person that our valued guests see when they enter the Service Center, so it is essential that you create a welcoming atmosphere for them by always wearing a friendly smile.
It is often said that first impressions count, but last impressions are forever. And so, the importance of this position within our organization cannot be understated.
The Director of First and Last Impressions is responsible for handling front office receptionist and administrative duties. They include, among other things,: greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling service appointments, and assisting guests with completing their payment transactions.

SALES
Work directly with customers and help them find the best new Chevrolet or pre-owned vehicle for them. Your integrity, honesty, and commitment to customer satisfaction are paramount.
FINANCE
You'll work with our Sales Team and lending partners to help customers secure the best vehicle financing options available. You must be good with numbers and have an ability to explain complex financial matters in an easy, straightforward manner.
SERVICE
Be a part of the team helping customers Find New Roads with exceptional service, quality workmanship, and unbeatable value. A genuine desire to help customers and them as if they are our family is required.
PARTS
The Best Parts Department works closely with Service, our supply partners, and directly with customers to deliver the best vehicle parts and accessories. You should be as dependable as the high-quality parts we stock and sell.
ADMINISTRATIVE
While not working directly with customers, these positions are critical to the overall operational success of our organization. An attention-to-detail and ability to be process-oriented are crucial in these roles.
