$100 for installing one directional light is very excessive.

I had made a 9am appointment for routine service - an oil change. I received a text after dropping the vehicle saying I could text with the advisor. I went next door to Derby Street to do some shopping. At 10:30am I hadn't heard anything and texted the advisor. I received no response. I called at 11:00am, spoke with another advisor who said he would check on the vehicle. He put me on hold, came back 5 minutes later and said he would have to call me back. At 11:30am he called me and said the vehicle would be ready at 12:30pm. This put me in a difficult spot as I had to pick up my children from camp. Long story short I am confident they forgot about my vehicle. I had also asked for it to be washed and when I picked it up, it wasn't washed. All-in-all it was a really bad experience.

When I call to schedule service, and the service turns out to involve nothing more than the issues noted in the call, and I am informed that it will take 90 to 120 minutes, I want to be out of there in that time frame. 3 hours is unsat.

As a long standing customer, with at times 3 vehicles being serviced by BEST. This last experience was rather frustrating. One of our vehicles is a 02-C5. This is a rare bird, but being rare is not an excuse for service quality. Vintage corvettes NEED a corvette mechanic. If BEST doesn't have one, or only one that is over worked, the customer would rather hear the truth....so they could move on.

My honest opinion is that the quality of customer care has gone down drastically since Scott Shulman left. When I pulled up, a kid (employee) sat at the door, looking at his phone. He made no movement toward my car. I got out of my car and went inside. Inside, my name was not on the list for service. I was in the system but no one had transferred my name to the daily service list. People inside were polite and fairly capable but the general appearance is at about a C plus when it used to be an A plus. Very disappointing and after giving Best my business for about 25 years, I will most likely go elsewhere to purchase my next car.

We have leased 4 cars from Best Chevrolet over the past 10 years. We have had the pleasure of working with Kevin McGowan, each time. We find him personable, honest, and always works with us to secure the best opportunities for a new vehicle.! He is the best! Kevin introduced us to Pascal, i this week,, in the finance department to work with us to confirm the numbers. Pascal was very knowledge and spent a long time helping and explaining the finances. We have always brought the car into the Best Chevrolet Service department, we always ask for Steve, in the garage. He is also very personable and very knowledgeable when it comes to servicing our vehicle. We think very highly of Best Chevrolet, it is very important to use that we buy American and shop locally. My husband is a retired union man, and always asks if the purchase is made in the USA! If not, we walk away! Everyone we interact with at Best Chevrolet continues to impress us! Give everyone a consideration, perhaps a bonus?

My right rear directional light was not working. It was very near closing time on a Saturday. Traffic was very heavy. I was very concerned about driving without both rear lights working. With the very limited time available at Best Chevrolet, my car was quickly taken into the service center where the problem was resolved. Many thanks to the service department.

Went in for my annual inspection sticker and also to have my cooling system checked out as there was an issue when I came in in August for a checkup. In August hey put a dye in the cooling system and everything looked good when they just checked it out.

I first leased a Suburban through Aaron Markella in the fall of 2020. More recently, I purchased a new Silverado in 2023. My service appointment last weekv was my first with the dealership. Jillian Luboda, Best's Service Coordinator, was able to get me in for an oil change and sticker within a day. Service Advisor Kate Gemmill had my car ready within 45 minutes of my arrival. The dealership is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Best Chevrolet for both sales and service.

The sales man Dave Fieldman was very easy to deal with, very accommodating. He made the decision on the vehicle easy. Also the person (forgot his name) in finance was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

This has been a very aggravating situation with my C8 Corvette trying to get it repaired. After being at your dealership four different times, and you having my vehicle for a total of six weeks within those times being on site, we are now hoping that the problem has been repaired. Furthermore, I was told my vehicle would be ready this past Saturday and when I try to pick it up. The entire interior of the roof was not on the vehicle. Not quite sure where the miscommunication came from but the quality control here is not acceptable. Someone should've looked at the vehicle to be sure it was ready to be picked up before I took a 45 minute ride there to find out that I was not able to pick it up. Upon this, I requested that my representative have the car cleaned as I was planning on doing this on the weekend. I wouldn't have time I had to pick it up in the middle of the week. When I picked my vehicle up on Tuesday, I was told that it was quickly detailed, and it was all set to go. I'm extremely disappointed that the vehicle wasn't even touched as hard as cleaning it up. Maybe somebody wiped the top fit with a cloth, but the car was not detailed as I was told it would be. I know this is not part of the repairs of the vehicle, but due to the frustration and not being able to take care of my vehicle over the weekend I was told it would be taken care of! So overall, I'm just not really happy with the way this dealership has dealt with this situation. I've used you guys in the past on a couple of different occasions with the C8 and I've been extremely happy I used to deal with Nina. I guess just constantly being told that nobody has any idea or they can't find the situation or problem or the vehicle is gonna be ready or the problem has been fixed has begun to wear on me.

I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly which was amazing. Nina kept me up to date on what was going on with my car giving timelines and suggested maintenance. She answered questions I had and was able to get back on the road quicker that I expected.

Dave Fieldman and Alexis Benitez made my car buying experience pleasant and seamless. Financed a new Trax and drove it home the next day. I’ve bought vehicles from Dave Fieldman at Best Chevy several times and have never been disappointed.

I was not happy with the girl at the service desk twice I mentioned about looking at the G GPS. It was not listed on the invoice as something that needed to be done. She told me I needed to make another appointment, which I did. Before I left the lot, I went into the sales department and one of the salesman. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 8AM on Saturday. I arrived at 7:45AM and was quickly processed by the service department. I was told that the work would take 1:15 hours. At 9:40AM I asked the desk how much longer it would be. After checking they came back and said that the car would be done shortly. So the time was longer than quoted and the price was higher than I expected. I am a long time customer having purchased 7 vehicles over the years from Best. The service has not been as good as it once was so I am now considering getting any future work done elsewhere except for warranty work.

My experience at the dealership this time around regarding my 2020 Chevy Trax was not great

A delightful young woman at the check-in counter, started the morning right, and then a very quick service to do the safety inspection. No fuss, no hassle.

My new service representative, Brandon, was wonderful! He is such a caring and knowledgeable young man. I needed to return because a part needed to be ordered. The work was completed, and I was on my way.

Everything went very smoothly. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly and accommodating. Henry in sales and Alexis in finance were both extremely helpful and made the entire process as pain free as possible.

I had several trucks that I was following online that were optioned the way I wanted. I had never dealt with Best prior to this purchase. As much as new vehicle shopping can be a chore, this was probably the best experience I had making a new truck purchase.

I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and a sticker ... was told it would be approximately 1 1/2 hours. 4 1/2 hours later my vehicle was ready!!! No explanation of why it took so long. If I knew it was going to take that long I would not have waited for the vehicle. *Dealership was told that I was waiting for the vehicle, when I came to check on the status of my vehicle - I was told it "wouldn't be long."

Richard who was my Sales Rep was excellent. I really like the vehicle. As a dealership you failed me drastically. I have owned my own small company for almost 30 years. Over those years I have had multiple vehicles registered to my company under my PO Box as the address. For reasons not understood, I was told that the dealership could not transfer the registration of my trade in vehicle, to the new vehicle, because the existing address on the registration was a PO Box. The trade in vehicle had been registered under the PO box for 10 years A solution could not be supplied by the dealership to register the vehicle in my companies name, and we had to redo the paperwork in my name, denying me the opportunity to have this be a company vehicle. I must reiterate, Richard my sales rep was excellent.

The Service Advisor called and made me aware of all issues that they found and let me know what the repairs were going to cost. The work on the car was completed by the time it was promised.

I called to get an appointment for an oil change and was told if I could get there in thirty minutes, they would do the oil change then. I got there in plenty of time. Nina, service manager, talked to me about maintenance that was ready to be scheduled because of certain mileage markers. We'll schedule appointments and take care of all of them. I feel that when I go in for service Nina is always looking out for me. That and she listens to my thoughts on my car's maintenance. It's always a pleasure to see her whenever I'm at Best.

I called your service department because I needed a new battery on my 2018 Equinox which I bought at Best. I spoke to Katie who was very helpful and said bring it on in. When they got the vehicle into the shop she called me with the estimate (over $600 for a battery) and I almost dropped the phone. She went on to tell me I could by one and bring it in to be installed which I did. Again, her communication was excellent, I dropped off the battery and i was installed in about an hour and I returned to get the vehicle. I paid the invoice, grabbed the invoice and was about 10 miles away when I noticed the check engine light illuminated which I know comes on when a battery is changed and your technician shoud have cleared. I now have to take the vehicle in to have this done.

I purchased my 2021 Trailblazer at Best Chevrolet with 5 miles on it :) ... I've only used Best for my car, which up to this latest visit were regular oil changes and tire rotations. The purge pump issue showed up, Best ordered the replacement and that was taken care of. I'm happy with Best and feel comfortable with the service department.

Always have a good experience been coming here since 2008. Nina is really good as well always friendly, listens and always helps.

My salesman Richard Lucero was very helpful and knowledgeable made my Silverado buying experience very easy. I have bought multiple new vehicles from Best Chevrolet over the years and have always had a good experience.

the service Manager Kate Gemmill was help full when my truck was having electrical/ battery issues. My car was in the shops for few days but they gave me a loaner so I could go about my business. At the end all was resolved and smooth.

Shoutout to the Kenny (Kehinde Adele) the Salesman and Paskal the Finance manager who helped me to close the deal. Those guys are fantastics and really knows how to make customers satisfied.

The service department employees were very friendly and helpful. And the service was quick and efficient. The waiting area and kitchenette is nice and clean, and it is very thoughtful to offer complimentary snacks and drinks.

$100 for installing one directional light is very excessive.

As with the buying experience, my service experience was just as good. Best Chevrolet is quite a ways from my residence but for a pain free service experience it’s worth the drive. I hope to continue to have both my Silverado and C8 Corvette serviced at Best in the future.

I dropped my truck off wed night which gave them 3 days and Monday to work on my truck. I Told them I needed back Tuesday starting a new job. Thursday came I waited all day for a call back from Brandon Rodriguez at Best Chevrolet nothing. I called him he said he call me back in 10. Hour later he called told me price and that parts needed to be order for 3 fuel injectors thought little weird being a dealer ship but ok. He said if they cannot get my truck back Monday he will give a rental. Fine Friday comes no call no updates again I had to call him. Numerous times to get updates. He said parts didn’t come in but will be in later and should have the truck ready for Monday. Well Monday arrives sales team is open but because it was Memorial Day service department was closed had no idea and I guess Brandon didn’t know either. Waited all day for a call nothing called the sales they said they were closed. I said was supposed to have a rental. He said nothing they could do sorry service is closed. Now Tuesday Again wait all day. Hoping Brandon would call let me know my truck is all set. Again no call nothing. At this point I am beyond frustrated. Again I call service another person answers and says they can’t find him to call back later at this point it’s 3pm I call again Brandon answers the call. So why didn’t he call me?? I ask about the truck says he will need to call me in 10 mins. Almost 2 hours later I call Brandon does not call me I call back he says truck Won’t be ready he could provide me a rental if I can get there before 6pm it’s not 5:10pm using my wife car driving home from work I won’t make it there. I’ll just use my wife car for tomorrow. He said ok that hopefully my car will be ready Wednesday afternoon they need a gasket or seal, again parts are not a dealer ok. It’s now Thursday this time I went till 4pm still no call to say my truck is ready. Again I call Brandon he not around to call back again. Finally I again call cause it’s getting late. He answers but said truck still has issues and they could not fully fix it but truck will be ready. So now I have to pay $2100 for a truck that still has check engine light and I can’t pass my inspection sticker. Thought it was a little pricey to swap out a thermostat sensor for a stuck open thermostat. Which is one part for $800 $1300 for 3 fuel injectors. So now I arrive at 545pm Thursday to pick up my truck. He says the cat could be bad and that additional work may be needed. Left me like that. Ok So I can’t pass my inspection Don’t know what’s wrong with my truck What’s my next option I am just beyond frustrated with the customer service side of things. No calls no follow ups just no care what so ever. I bought my truck from Best Chevy 5 years ago had great outcome but this is horrible service. Really feel like they just left me with No options. I really do not wanna come back if this is How they handle things. I honestly have better service from the little shops around town. I just feel I was ripped off. They didn’t give a rats ass about anything.

I always have a pleasant experience at BEST Chevy. I have been going there since I bought my Trailblazer in 2022. Everyone is always prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. I think I had one blip and it had to do with my Credit card vs Debit Card. They demanded that I use a Debit Card and put in my pin. I didn't want to ... and I didn't. I believe the girl was new, but anyway, usually everyone is fair and it is reasonably priced. They also don't push services on you. If you want them done, great - if not, no biggie. I like that.

This was my annual spring visit. There were no major issues, and I was on my way quickly. Brandon took very good care of me. He is always pleasant and efficient.

Everyone was extremely polite and courteous. I knew i either needed new tire sensors or they needed to be recalibrated and I was told they did need to be replaced but they were covered under warranty so they would take care of it right then if I didn’t mind waiting. They take care of the customers and let you know about the timing as you wait.

I had some work to be done recommendations from Nina on a previous visit and called to have them taken care of. I brought my car in that day. As I waited NIna kept me apprised of the progress of the work. They also found something else that needed to be replaced and that work was also done that same day.

Kate is a true professional and quite knowledgeable. Everyone in the service department was friendly and very helpful. The only negative is I was a bit surprised that my car was driven approximately 350 miles while there for the week. I understand they were trying to figure out some things, but that was a bit excessive. Other than that, excellent experience and will continue bringing my car to Best when or if I have an issue with my vehicle. (BTW, loved the Cactus green Trax loaner.)

The service was great, the car was done in one day. The service writer made sure the part was in stock before he took the vehicle in for service, very forward thinking.

Unfortunately the parts I needed to fix my Silverado were delayed do to the blizzard. Fortunately Steve gave me a loner vehicle to use. It took a week to get my truck back.
